Shipping/Returns

When will my order ship?

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail from Northern California. Tracking information will be provided when shipped.  Orders should typically arrive within 1-3 business days, but is not guaranteed.

How much will shipping cost?

Single set orders will ship for a flat rate of $6.45 to anywhere within the United States. Orders with two or more keysets will ship for a flat rate of $12.40. 

Will you be shipping internationally?

Yes. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Rates range from $30.95 to $33.95 depending on your location.

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

Will you be accepting returns?

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have not yet been submitted to the post office for shipping are eligible for cancellation. Please note that most orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will be shipped out the same day.

For orders that have already been shipped, buyers must go through our return process. A refund will be issued when package is returned. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.


What if I'm missing keys or the item is damaged?
Please contact us with your name, address, and order number so that we can assist you further. We will do our best to replace missing/damaged keys in a timely manner. Replacement for damaged keys will be subject to our review.


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Users without a PayPal account are able to checkout as guests using any of the major credit cards through the PayPal Express system. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
